These terms apply to all orders placed through the SJER website or other official channels. By ordering, you agree to these terms.
All offers are without obligation and while supplies last. The contract is formed when you receive a confirmation of your order.
Because our bags are made from leftover fabrics, colors and textures may differ slightly from the photos. Also, screens can show colors differently.
Prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Payment is due when you place your order. We accept iDEAL, credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
Our bags are made to order. Delivery takes 6 to 8 weeks unless otherwise stated. Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. You can also pick up your bag by appointment in Amsterdam Noord. After shipping, you’ll get a tracking number.
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours after ordering. After that, production starts and changes are not possible. Custom orders cannot be cancelled.
You can return your bag within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s unused and in original condition. You pay for return shipping. Custom orders can’t be returned. If your bag is damaged, please contact us. We repair bags gladly to make them last longer.
We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, misuse, or if there are errors in pricing or product information.
The bag remains SJER’s property until you have fully paid.
SJER is not responsible for indirect damages or lost income caused by delays or defects. Our liability is limited to the purchase price, unless the law says otherwise.
We handle your personal data safely according to our privacy policy. We never share your data without your permission.
All designs, photos, texts, and products belong to SJER. You may not use or copy them without permission.
